By confirming a booking and making payment, guests agree to our Terms and Conditions. The accommodation is provided exclusively for short-term lodging purposes. The rental period and accommodation details are specified in the booking confirmation or invoice. Full payment is required no later than seven days before arrival unless otherwise agreed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence during their stay. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage will be charged accordingly. Check-in and check-out times are communicated in the booking confirmation. Late check-out may only be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
