Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to seven (7) days before the scheduled arrival date, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees.

For cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, unused nights, or early departures.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
